Pinot Gris 2023
IL GECO Pinot Gris 2023 is a South African Wine of Origin Stellenbosch white: whole bunch pressed, fermented with indigenous yeast and matured for 12 months on fine lees in neutral 500L French oak, with no fining and only light filtration.
Sangiovese 2023
IL GECO Sangiovese 2023 is one of the few single-varietal South African Sangiovese wines, Wine of Origin Simonsberg-Paarl: naturally fermented with indigenous yeast, softly extracted with light punch downs and matured for 12 months in neutral 500L French oak.
