- Payment information: processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

- Contract: to fulfil an order you have placed with us.

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business, with your consent, or where required by law. Our processors include our ecommerce platform, our payment provider, our delivery partners and our email marketing provider.

Some of our service providers are located outside South Africa. When we transfer personal information internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with POPIA.
