Shipping policy

We deliver IL GECO wines within South Africa. Wines are sold and shipped in cases of six bottles.

Where we deliver

We deliver throughout South Africa. We do not currently ship internationally. If you are outside South Africa, our wines may be available through a local stockist, listed on our contact page.

Cost

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. The exact cost is shown before you pay.

Age verification on delivery

Alcohol may only be delivered to a person aged 18 or older. Our courier may ask for identification. If nobody of legal age is available to receive and sign for the order, the delivery may be attempted again or returned to us.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Problems with a delivery

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact info@ilgeco.co.za with your order number. See our refund policy.
