This South African Traditional Method Sparkling wine is made in a Late-Release style. The wine is kept on the lees for and extended maturation period where it develops tertiary flavours and gains complexity. Disgorged as a Zero-dosage - meaning no sugar is added to the dosage.

Grown in sandy soils, our Pinot Gris produces beautifully concentrated fruit. Natural fermentation and time on fine lees in older European oak barrels create a wine that's bright, textured and effortlessly elegant, equally at home around the table or simply shared with good company.
Time is our favourite ingredient.
