Parma-like salinity and roasted cherry tomatoes. A bright and vibrant red wine with soft textured powdery tannins.

Clean, fresh flavours of Lemon, bruised Granny Smith Apple, Strawberries, Citrus Blossom. The palate is lean, mineral, and flinty with a hint of savoury Oyster-shell. A bright acidity supports a fine-beaded  brioche finish.
